Dynamic Mindfulness: Learn about managing stress, accessible stretches, centering, & breathing techniques you can do right at your desk.
Yoga I: Gentle yoga flow, breathing exercises, and centering.
Yoga II: Flow between yoga poses at a moderate pace.
Mindfulness Meditation Classes
Mindfulness Meditation increases awareness of our bodies and emotions, and provides the tools for greater insight into how our minds work. Developing mindfulness has been shown to increase empathy and compassion, curb stress, boost working memory, increase mental focus, and reduce someone’s emotional reactivity.
